When you say the data is as a code, I am not sure what you mean by that. At the very least, you could copy the data into a CSV file in a spreadsheet and separate the data that way.

Facebook never reports the number of actual matches they find. It's one of the features that bugs me and I wish they would change it. They don't show the actual number for the sake of "privacy." The only way I've ever seen as a method of finding what the actual number is, is to run an ad with only that list as the audience and see what the reach is. I thought this was possible, created the list by finding them each on the platform and copying their UIDs, then uploaded it, but it doesn't seem to be working as an audience. Help?
I've never used the Facebook user ID before, but after looking at the help menu, it looks like it would work. QUESTION - can lists be used for just posts on my business page because I do a post before an ad to make sure it looks correct and works correct. If all you did was post something to your FB business page, it would only go out to a small portion of those who have liked your page. If you want them all to see it, Facebook would require that you pay for an ad to reach all your page followers. Once you have uploaded your list, the only way the list does you any good is by running an ad to it.
At a minimum, you need to have a large enough list that Facebook can spend enough money to meet the minimum of $1 per day ad budget. That usually equates to more than 100 people on the list.

This usually happens because you either haven't got the business manager page set up through business.facebook.com or, if you have done that, then you haven't agreed to their terms and conditions. If you had that option previously and it is now greyed out, you just need to agree to the terms and conditions and that feature will be available again.

Could it be that because in my custom list there is no email address or phone number fields? Are those fields required or is: fn, ln, country, ct, st, zip, gen sufficient. Thanks!
Usually, the most simple solution to your situation is that your ads manager is reporting on a period of time that isn't when the ad was running. When you are in your ads manager screen and it is showing the $0.00 over 10 days, look up at the top right corner and see the dates that are being reported. The closest thing like that (that I am aware of) is that there is a Google Chrome Extension that you can download called Toolkit For Facebook. Inside the tool, there is an option where you can extract phone numbers (ones that are publicly listed in their profile) of people you are friends with. That's the closest option I am aware of.

Facebook needs more than just a name as an identifier. They identifiers that are used the most are phone and email address. That makes it an easy way for them to find matches.
