On another note, when you were 1v2 against Lance and Ishtar and your frames were scuffed, I've been having that so much since S10 started, my FPS and Ping are showing pretty normal values, but my game is just stuttering so much I can't even walk in a straight line, like it's ridiculous. And my whole team felt the same so it's definitely server side EDIT: Now that I got further on noticed you fixed your issue, so might just be a terrible EU server thing impacting me. But on another note... Why Sobek built prophetic cloak against a team of 5 physical Gods I will never know.
About framerate, its most likely related to Smite and not your PC. When the game is minimalised it renders at lower fps. Something displaying over smite might fool it into thinking its minimalised. Something very similar happens to me quite often, might just be a coincidence. Try running borderless, alternatively alt-tab a couple of times and it should fix it.

Since the frame drops don't seem present in the video, I'm guessing it's your monitor that went crazy. Could be some frame rate setting in the game that gets messed up somehow.
