Do you know how I can find out if my seratus anterior is fully paralyzed from the long thoracic nerve injury or just weakened? I am only 15 and don’t have the resources to get checkout out by a professional right now and would appreciate it if you had any idea how to self diagnose this issue.

Sir does this go away ? Is it reversable I developed huge lats in 8 months I work out hard If it is curable please tell me so that I can really put but effort on this and help others THERES no help out there and I have good conditioning I’m commited Thanks

Hey man! I've Anterior Pelvic Tilt. The problem is, when I try to tuck in my butt for whatever reason, or train my glutes/deadlifts/squats/abs, I end up developing hemorrhoids. Is there a fix for it?
