- ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:
This is an awesome game. I got this game back when Scholastic.com had this thing that I think was called Scholastic Arcade. They had a whole list of games to download like Marble Blast Gold and a bunch of other stuff. I tried out this game way back when and I was hooked. Especially gotta love those corny jokes. Enjoy!

LORD the nostalgia!!! This gives me such good memories of playing at the computer lab in elementary school. Blaze, Surge, and Riff are all awesome and funny! I had a crush on Surge lol; did anyone else have a crush on one of these guys?
No, but I wish I did. Blaze is my spirit animal now.
This one is extremely stalker I love the this game🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Extreme nostalgia
I have searched for years YEARS for this game. I might just cry
In Blaze's light experiment room, I used to set up a long string of the rainbow eggs and then energize them. As each one hatched, I'd say "candy, candy, candy, candy, candy..."
very cool, iteachvader!
The electroloft has always been my favorite.
Mine too! I always chose the Electroloft first
Mine too!!! This is THE very first learning experience i had with electronic circuits
Same! It was the most interesting to me! I love how circuits work; it's really fascinating!
I’ve been trying to remember what this game was called for years. I played it back in the early 2000’s but forgot what it was called. Can’t believe I finally found it.
Installed this game on modern 64 bit windows 10 the other day. Literally worked without a single compatibility issue, windows just let me install it and it runs perfectly fine. Thank god the developers included a 32 bit copy of the game on the cd
I loooooved this game as kid!! so much nostalgia
Pure nostalgia for me as well my childhood on A CD🎉🎉🎉🎉😂😂😂
I remember this game. In fact, I think I still have the disc. Got to say, this really brings back memories.
The Characters Are: Riff The Sound-Man, Blaze The Light Girl, and Surge The Electrician.
Correct.
Great memories of this game.
Correct.
I like Surge's office wallpaper that looks like a cross between a hedge maze and a circuitboard.
This is how this fox got into electronics!
Riff 2:45
Blaze 56:56
Surge 2:24:01
I told my teacher I had this game when I was in grade 8 and she said that she wanted to borrow it so she can use it in her class.14 years later and never got it back.bitch
One of my first CD-Rom games as a kid (maybe even before the Millennium!)
oh my god FINALLY. all i could remember of this game was the lasers and eggs and i've been trying to find this for years💀
bruh this game was fun as hell
This was my fav game for 3-5 grade. This and starcraft
Also, I like Surge's poem at 3:13:01. Funny but truly poetic! 👏👏👏
Edit: Also, I just now realized it's a limerick.
I remember playing this on my grandmothers windows 98 PC after school.
I remembered I used to play this game back at elementary school in 4th grade at the computer lab.
Ahhh simpler times
This was a great game in my childhood!
I loved this game back in the day! Any clue how to run it on Windows 10? I found a download but no compatibility settings seem to work.
Inside the game folder, navigate to the folder "EDINST" then find a file called "INSTALL.EXE" - this is a 32 bit application which 64 bit windows should be able to run. Install it, and now running the game via the disc's autoplay or by searching "ZAP" on the computer to find the application should allow you to play it.
I remember this old educational PC game back when I was in elementary school!
The same of me
This game was so hecking cool
I wonder if any electricians have played this game as a kid
Yo! Right here my dude!

1:13:02 is something else fun!
If you still have the game, could you do a longer version of it with the guided tours and some Sci-clopedia entries?
