Necromnuda and Mordheim speak to me far more than the "Full Fat" 40k, Age of Sigmar, Middle Earth et al. I've played on and off since the middle of the 80s and they provide engrossing gaming, without all the ridiculously priced models (although of course, they certainly aren't cheap) and pandering to "meta of the edition" armies. Same with Inquisitor.......and for that matter, WFRP.

Played my 1st game of necromunda last weekend since the 90s version and can confirm squats are brutal, me and my friend played a 1 off game to get used to the rules ahead of a campaign our friends group are starting, he was using a 1k starting list ash wastes nomads and I was using 1k starting list of squats, my very 1st shooting action was 8 shots from the heavy stubber and took his champion out the game lol. Looking forward to playing more games

Great game, love the carnage. These gangs looked great too. I had a weird idea for greyfax mini - is there a combi bolter/grapnel hook weapon in the game? If not there should be.
You can get a grapnel launcher

So not sure if you guys care, But the bolter shot that resulted in the memorable death of the squat ganger should of failed to wound. Squats all start out Toughness 4. You would of needed 4's to wound.
He was fleshwounded I believe
