He could also have the legendary perk Electric Absorption, I think it works for all elemental weapons meaning the cryolator is literally giving him healing.

@@dongmengze8161 idk the logistics behind it ill leave that to the geeksquad but i do know that pulse does work the best vs other players. You also wanna crit the grenade or mine in vats for full effect. Secondly you can use first person to spam mines faster than in 3rd.

@@ELDERSQUATCH your welcome to try and kill my build i have tanked 4 guys using vats crits on my head and lived with 35 hp plus i built it around 1 single thing to tank stealth commandos using explosive laser rifles from back before they were removed and it did fine i never used stealth or jet back ap or stacking i just no the mechanics and how to build into the strongest possible build ever. Out of pa i got 980 cross the board in defense and in pa i have 1150 cross the board

@@SMDTURBO they already are on reddit. There was a thread yesterday about removing assassins and replacing it with some sort of quest armor for pvp as well as buffing all current armor. If any armor needs any rework its unyielding...
