Thanks for the info I am moding my 2023 CRV. The mirror was similar but different it was hard to get snapped back on I did actually need to remove the glass to install !!!

Great video. Anyone with a sport see if ours are prewired? It’s silly that cars don’t come standard with side mounted turn signals.

Mikmayhem do you have a US spec sport 2.0t? Because mine doesn’t have space for a turn signal bulb on the cap itself.
Pranav you’re never came with signals? If so then it might not have the connection for it and if it did have the connection then you’ll need a different cap. Mine is Canadian
How do you get the black base off? Can you put it back on w/o taking the full mirror off?
Do you have hyperflash issues? I notice the LEDs in the back.
Not at all. Just make sure to get the ones with internal resistors.

I have a sports and want to know if I'm pre-wired as well but I heard it isn't though. Could someone else confirm this?

Hang Nguyen I’m in Canada so mine cane with the signals already. I didn’t need to buy a cap. I guess if yours didn’t come with the signals stock then you’ll have to get the cover

If I understand you correctly, I think the mirror can be bought separate of the adjustment plate.

Nick Nana After looking at pictures online, it looks like the Hybrid EX doesn’t come with mirror signals. So unfortunately it will not work.

Manual only.
None of Honda's 10th Gen Accord trims fold. However Honda does fold their mirrors in their Acura models.
Plug and play? And what did you pay? Alibaba says 45 at the moment
iliketakingshowers Plug and play for Touring models. Not sure about lower trims. I paid $45 and it took about 3 weeks to get.

@@DSeely0902 since you have a touring i have a question for you have you messed around with the lights at the bottom of the door? IE switch to LED? The reason is I am wondering if you popped off the cover or do you have to take the entire door panel off?
Super easy, just pop the cover off from the bottom. No need to remove door panel.

Would it be possible if we replaced the entire mirror on the LX?
@@richyrich356 My assumption is that you would have to buy a Touring mirror and the Touring door module. Also, possibly have to rewire the door module back to where the turn signal control is on the BCM to make sure the mirror has the turn signal power/function.

Yea this is probably a bad idea. I'm not even sure if the control module for the LX can even be rewired that way. The door module and mirror would be ridiculous expensive too.

Looks cool, but not worth spending on it.. i chose software upgrade for better fuel economy, torque and hp.. all factory light light work as they should and invested in ace black chrome 20 inch wheels instead and leave lighting swap to others..
You chose to void the factory warranty. Meanwhile 120k full honda care warranty is under 1,100. Smart choice man lol
