Thanks Chandran. ,L2 support general issues may vary from application to application. So as long as you know the roles and responsibilities of L2, issues comes around your roles. Example you forgot to monitor a job one day and job failed on the same day. So you will get issue related to application is not working as expected for that functionality etc..
