Double LEGO Pet Shop Modular Building with new Interior!

- Today I create a Double Pet Shop Modular Building! Luckily enough I happen to have 3 of this set in my collection! Two of them sit side by side and the plan was to have one as a pet shop and the other as a post office. But I recently began doubling up some of my modular buildings and this one was the perfect candidate to continue the process. The new building features a full pet shop on the ground floor!

One change I'd suggest is making the apartments mirror each other. So the entrance doors are next to each other opposite the stairs, and the rest of the walkway could be re-purposed as balconies.
My parents brought young children camping! 😉 They had a pop-up trailer and playpens! In fact, I learned to walk when we were camping! Just held on to a balloon and off I went! 😂

If it's possible can you move the houses infant of the train station forward and have a small park between the houses and station. This will help make some breathing space around the station and help to open it up and the houses won't feel like they are squashed onto it. New pet shop looks good. Love the bat light
All these look great man absolutely love what your doing! I know your currently focused on upgrading previous buildings but I would love to see you creat something completely new like a giant skyscraper office building or a giant bank! Keep up the awesome builds man your inspiring me to keep building everyday! One other quick idea is maybe a rundown building? like something that was burnt down and just left to rot would be cool
I loved the pet shop, so cute! Just a suggestion, but maybe exchange the order between the dungeon level and the starbucks level would make it more visible. It’s so nice to be hidden.

The upgraded pet shop looks great. For working at a pet store for the past 3 years, I would say you nailed the details. Theconly difference between your moc and the store I work at is that my store hasn't had cats for adoption since 2020. I started at my current job in the spring of 2019, so we only had cats for a while.

I think your pet shop looks great, the access for the 1st floor apartments is just right too. The Lego modular city reminds me of a city like Paris where height restrictions are imposed to keep everything at the same level.

Just an idea but have you thought about moving your residential buildings from off of the back wall to wear the jazz club sets, and then incorporate all those city buildings over the other side.
So technically, your houses are near the beach, The Farm the farmers market area then maybe it can expose the new ground station that you’ve just put in ?? 🥰✌️🇬🇧

This is your best expansion yet! You should consider trying to add another floor to some of the upgraded buildings with the parts in your inventory
At first i didn't like a lot the double modular buildings, but now that there are more than one i really like them, the scale is more realistic and they look better on my opinion.
I won't lie I've had a few lego parts give me a nice bite. Rest up king! Always putting out great content!
Can't wait for the lights to be installed......that will take it to next level.....

8:09 Might be a fix. Replace the 2x10 plate with a 2x8 plate & a 2x2 corner plate. Then put a light tan 2x2 corner plate on the end of the side wall. This should tie the two walls together.
Now you can say your city have literally your blood, sweat and tears. 😁 By coincidence, I did something similar last weekend, on two hands at the same time...

You should be able to see the station better if you move the road behind the residential buildings.

Suggestion: a ground level backdoor. Otherwise they have to go out the front and all the way around the building to go upstairs.

something that would be really cool would be like some sort of camera on some kind of tiny little car that you could drive around the paths and even into the train station to get some shots of street view in the city
maybe you can make an 'on going construction' base plates on the empty ones which you can reuse everytime you move them so it wont look blank when it's empty?

Love the downstairs, the fish tank is really well done, I have one critique, the apartments facade blends together to make the building look uncomfortably long. Might be cool to add something like a drain down pipe or something to show the difference between the two apartments. Love the build other than that

The pet store interior looks really nice. To bad you can never see interiors unless you take upper floors/roofs off.
The pet shop looks great! I also loved what you did with the doughnut shop and city press or daily press (i forgot what it’s called sorry!) one thing I will say is that I think the city/daily press is a bit too tall in my opinion but I think it wouldn’t matter if it was facing forward

If you can find a Commissioner Gordon from the 2019 Batwing and Riddler Copter set (76120), that would look perfect on top of the Police Station roof. Highly recommend tracking down that set, that wave is incredibly underrated.
