He has water blast, It chops off % of remaining hp on metals only. SMH here has 24000 HP (boosted to 300%) He hit the smh with water blast 6 times and rest of the damage was by paris army. He should have like... maxed Water blast. It chops a whopping 45% of metal hp. 0.45+0.45^2+0.45^3+0.45^4+0.45^5=0.803...≈80.3% Inaccurate because of paris attacks but that's an estimation of how much damage waterblast did to smh. 80.3%.

You might confuse about WaterBlast ability (like 80% of player does) Waterblast isn't Toxic since Toxic does damage due to MAX HP while Waterblast does to remaining HP. Waterblast Lv.30 can cut down 45% of remaining HP of metal enemy. SMH didn't kb mean it really has low HP atm. If Waterblast is really like toxic, I can just shoot it 3 times. Isn't that too OP huh?
