Ingredients:
5 apples
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup walnuts chopped
1 talespoon honey
Pre-heat oven to 190 °C.
Core apples with small knife or apple corer and place in large glass baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine walnuts, cranberries, honey, cinnnamon.
Stuff apples with equal parts of the walnut mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.

Ingredients:
3 pears
4 eggs
150 gr of sugar
150 gr melted butter
200 gr wheat flour
150 gr chocolate powder
Mint leaves to decorate
Cut the pears
Mix the sugar and eggs together
Add melted butter and mix
Add wheat flour and mix
Add chocolate powder and mix
Put the pears into the mass and mix well
Bake 40 minites at 180 °C
Decorate with the mint leaves
Serve warm with a glass of milk!

Ingredients
Mold diameter 22 cm
Flour - 160 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 40 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 70 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Plum - 600 g
Corn starch - 1 tbsp.
Powdered sugar - 40 g
Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add butter and grind into crumbs. Add the egg and knead into a soft dough.
Lay out the dough, forming sides.
Place the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon.
Remove the pan with the dough from the refrigerator. Sprinkle the dough with starch.
Lay out the plums. Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle plums with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
Allow the cake to cool completely before removing from the pan.
