I was big in the LA guns in 87,88, 8990 yes I was from their self titled through Hollywood. Vampires Hollywood vampires have some cool stuff on it. It’s over now is a good song.

The stories regarding a mid-level band like LA Guns is very interesting. I toured with a low-level hair band signed to an independent label in the late-80s. I have similar stories, but with even dumber consequences and issues involving money, groupies, industry people and legal shit. I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.

amazing as usual, been on the road myself and tour managed a few latin artists in the 90's. also stayed at the frankling apts (93-96 era) with plenty of musicians on tour and it I can relate sooo much. so cool to hear these stories!

I saw LA guns open for AC/DC on this tour. I remember Phil saying I know you're not f****** here to see us. You're here for AC/DC. He had a real attitude. He couldn't have been more wrong. I was definitely there to see LA Guns as well as AC/DC Super excited for it too. I thought he sold the band short.

Fantastic stories. Takes me right back to a specific place in time. I knew Timmy from the Poison Orange Drive and Washington Blvd days. Really great guy, but yes, he will team up with a band guy and throw you in a shower stall.

Did you do the Def Leppard tour with LA Guns?
No I was not with them on that
I had heard that creatively Phil and Tracii were the force behind LA Guns member Wise.. but while they got along at first, they ended up disagreeing a lot. Maybe it was due to their ages and backgrounds, but it got to the point that they couldn’t stand each other.. did you see that then?
I didn’t see it then because it was the beginning days and everyone was on the same mission and were in it together. Later on it was obvious, cracks started to show. I have my own opinions on the band members though
