Very nicely explained. We are not watching any movie where background music is needed. In movie, the action is also present in addition to dialogues. Here contents / dialogue are more important than music. Contents are doing their job but background music is ruining it. Remove the background music or keep on very low volume, if possible.

Try to make the source of light facing to you, the window's view is awesome so you can keep it as a background but put a source of lighting in front of you or you can use the window as lighting. Natural sunlight always produces a good image.
