Hindi ba ang mga taong bayan? Sino ba ang mga amo nyo? Kaming mga tax payer di po ba?? Kanino kayo dapat nagsisilbi? Sa aming mga tax payer din…..Sino ba ang dapat nyong tulungan? Ang mga mamamayang Pilipino na nagpapasahod sa inyo…d po ba? Sino ang dapat nyong pangalagaan? Ang mga taong bayan di ba? Pagpaumanhin nyo ang medyo kasupladahan ko….puro bibig lang ang puhunan nyo…d nman kayo nakikipagpilahan sa pagsakay ng Jeep o bus sa pag uwi dahil napakagaganda ng inyong sasakyan na galing sa mga tao ang pinambili…d kayo nanlalagkit sa pawis dahil maghapon kayong nakaupo sa gitna ng malalaking air con…..na may kasama pang masarap at libreng merienda na galing din sa mga tax ng taong bayan….ETO ang dapat nyong gawin…….tulungan nyo kaming mahihirap at ang bansa para umunlad…hindi ung nag iisip kayo ng hindi maganda sa dating Pangulo na napakaraming nagawa sa bansa ng sya ay nakaupo…samantalang kayo nakatatlong term na ang iba sa inyo pero wala pa ding nagagawang maganda sa bansa…na iisip nyo ba un? May kahihiyan ba kayo sa katawan…..isipin nyo na lang na mas malaki ang sweldo nyo sa presidente…na dapat kayo ang dapat na nag iisip ng maganda sa ating bansa pero ano ang ginagawa nyo?? Ang ilubog ang taong Nakagawa ng maganda sa bansa ….mga wala kayong puso…..hindi nyo madadala sa langit( kung sa langit nga kayo mapupunta) ang mga perang pinagnananasaan nyo….magkaron nman sana kayo ng ko tong kahihiyan kay PRRD…….lalo na sa taong bayan na nagpapasweldo sa inyo…….Mga kongresman at senador….maikli lng ang buhay natin….kaya habang nabubuhay tayo ay gumawa ng maganda sa ating kapwa at khít Ikaw ay wala na ,maaalala ka ng maiiwan mo dahil sa maganda mong ginawa……mag isip isip po kayo sa ginagawa nyo kay tatay digong….dahil karma ang matatanggap nyo sa ginagawa nyo sa kanya…..hinding hindi kayo magwawagi dahil mas ama ang inyong Plano….salamat po….

As a Filipino citizen I will not and we should not allow ICC to intervene with our justice system. Nkakahiya kayo sa sambayanang Pilipino, mas gusto ninyong laganap ang krimen to allow drugs na maging open sa bansa. War against drug nga nangyari madugo tlga yan, hindi yan racial cleansing to call for international intervention. Hayaan nyong batas natin ang maglitis sa mga involve.

how did the Ph govt failed if not a single case or complaint were filed against the former president in the Ph court of law??? what is clearer is that the ICC has no jurisdiction for the simple reason that we have a functioning judicial system...if you want justice for what you call "victims of the War on Drugs" then help them to file a case or complaint, instead of praising these politicians who are only using them for their own personal and political agenda.

so many issues related to The icc plan to investigate the drug war have been debated upon until our Congress passed resolutions (which is now also deliberated upon) and seems to be an endless matter can it not be simplified by those wanting an icc investigation be the ones to FILE CRIMINAL.COMPLAINTS AGAINST THOSE ALLEGED TO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE DRUG WAR ....?

Bear in mind that ICC is the last resort based on membership agreement. It means that court is not functioning anymore and the only recourse is to ask ICC to interfere and investigate any crime within the jurisdictional of the sovereign country. If our courts are functional, ICC has no authority to conduct an investigation. As sovereign prevails.

It's moot and academic -- we must comply with our moral and legal obligation to allow the ICC to investigate and prosecute the crimes against humanity committed in the Philippines prior to the hasty withdrawal. By dispensing justice to the victims of needless and over-active EJKs, we can move on to a brighter chapter in our history that is more respectful of human dignity and the rule of law. Pres BBM should grant the ICC to investigate Human Rights Violations as this represents towards poor victims of crime. For a fair justice and rights of victims to due process , allow ICC to hold accountability to investigate and prosecute the perpetrators of the war on drugs.

These congressmen should be in jail using some of the witnesses who are now surrendered and in the hands of the government. I wondered why until now there is no resolution or decision from the court for their atrocities. Maybe some judges are afraid in making its decisions against these NPA congressmen.
