Niagara Falls No Water Aug '69

Niagara Falls, New York. In 1969, the water was diverted to the Canadian side to attempt to repair the American side of the falls. When the water was shut off, more rocks fell. The attempt to repair was unsuccessful. The water was then restored to the American side. There is footage of Maid of the Mist Boat as well as Skylon Tower.
