I know of a lake where up to 2,400 ducks have been shot in a single day! And the Minister of Wildlife arranged it. So much for the Sindh Wildlife Department.

The words for ''migratory birds'' and ''shore birds'' in Urdu are ''mohajir parenday'' and ''saahily aabi parenday'' respectively. When the rest of the commentary is in good standard Urdu, one cannot understand why these easy terms available in Urdu were not used, instead of borrowing unnecessarily from English. Inter-language borrowings of words or phrases should be used only when there are no synonyms for them available in one's own language.

These migeratery birds must not be hunted. they are our guests and it is shameful for us to hunt them. We should protect them at any cost. I appeal higher authorities to protect these magnificent birds. May Allah help us.
بہت افسوس کی بات ہے کہ ان پرندوں کا پاکستان میں بے دردی کے ساتھ شکار کیا جاتا ہے.
Bhai bohat bura haal ha, ya birds apko sirf vedios aur books ma nazar ayenge, government aur awam k jahalat k bais sub khatam ho chuka ha, aisa kuch ni ha jo video ma dikhaya ya btaya jabrha ha....birds ate the lakin logo ne mar mar aisi k tesi krdi, qanoon to sirf kitabo ma ha, wildlife department ko government ghass ni dalti to ya kispe hat dalenge.....afsos 😮
Aap Ki baat kafi had tak theek hae lakin aesa bhi nahi hae, ye videos mein ne khud banai haen.
Apka reply dakh k Acha laga, apko Meri bat kafi had to drust lagi, lakin bat ya ha k ager aise hi chalta rha to in birds KO apna root change krna par Sakta ha, which is naturally not possible I think, but the countries from which they birds comes will soon sue on us on this brutal behaviour of us. Ager ya birds yahi k hote to aaj hum bus afsos kr rha hote, but fortunately they go back and increase their population in their native countries, jis k waja SA ya cycle chal rha ha, but what we do with them, hum mar mar k unhe bhaga dete hain, we demolish our respect in the eyes of the world, and we severely damaging our ecosystem with this behaviour.
My brother visited Haleji Jheel to see these birds some years back in peak season, and he came back with nothing but disappointed, he saw unknown political influence people with guns, sitting in several points offering free style hunting against money, he saw few birds sitting far away in shrubs, cannot be identified with naked eyes......
It was a disastrous seen, they must've killed all the birds, rest of them were run away.......😢😢😢
