Trim your wick!

A candle with a nice, tight, steady flame will burn cleanly. Trim your wick to 1/4" every time before you light for clean burning candles without soot or smoke.

I got a candle warmer :) Is it bad to use them? Someone told me that the warmer ruins the candle not just because the wick falls down but because it burns the fragrance out and the wax stays. Is this true?

Why would you explain all this, and what a great tool you have, yet not tell us the Brand of the tool, or where to get one, she could be anywhere, so I have no idea where to get the one she recommends, so this video is a big waste of time.
