    Hello Krista, I have purchased your pattern and have all my fabric cut out and about to start sewing, but, I am a little confused after watching this tutorial. In your pattern it says for Block A, the "blue" triangle goes to the right of the darkest trapezoid, but in your video you are saying it goes to the left. Perhaps I am missing something or not reading the pattern correctly. Please help as I can't wait to get started on this beautiful quilt.

    • @kristamoser
      @kristamoser  3 года назад

      I just did an up and down line pattern kind of like switchbacks... I have some close up pictures of similar quilting on a recent project I posted to Instagram if you want to see what it's like. I bet just straight lines would look great too, and you could do those with your walking foot.

    Dear Krista, I just bought your pattern on Etsy. It is very well written and as far as I can tell easy to follow. Just one question: You write on the last page of the PDF "It is a good idea to
    stitch 1/8" from the edge all the way around before quilting." Is this referring to the quilt top or to each block? Thank you very much!

    • @kristamoser
      @kristamoser  4 года назад +1

      That would be once the quilt top is all pieced together. It'll just help secure the bias edges before quilting.
