The grand etang, king George set, the last March, and this f waltz called west bay road on natalie macmasters sketches. They've been my go to tunes to practice lately. I was just playing g minor the other day and worked on David's jig. What are your current favorites?
Nice! Yes I’ve listened to you play that set, it’s good! Hmmm... it’s so hard to say my favorites...I like playing a set I made up with The Lament for the sailor who fell from the masthead/ the morning dew and probably Liz Carrol’s ten acre waltz, Captain O’Kane, and Hanneke Cassel’s Cali’s wedding strathspey. I’m trying to learn some of the more complicated quintessentially Celtic sounding tunes now. Do you play McArthur road?
This is one of my favorite waltzes to play! Nice lesson. What is your favorite tune to play, if you don’t mind me asking?
