Ryzen 5 3600 has high compatibility in motherboards that are available in the market. A320, A520, B450, B550, and X570 motherboards are all compatible with your processor. However, I would always personally go with B boards such as B450 and B550. This graphics card is compatible in 99.9999999% of all modern motherboards -- graphics card only needs 1 PCI-E x16 slot and so far, I've only seen 2 motherboards (in the DIY space) without one (which means it is very rare and it is unlikely that you'd buy one). Personally, I would go for B550 motherboards for small future proofing (PCI-E gen 4) and modern VRM solution. B450 if budget is really tight. A520 and A320 if extremely tight.
