ADU Property Taxes in LA County

I finally got my property tax bill for my ADU in Los Angeles County.
The county uses their own formula to estimate the value of your ADU.
I’m using data from my two units to illustrate how the taxes might have been calculated.
Since I did two units within two years, the property value got commingled.
