The campaign will be to try and restore inkopolis to its state before Chaos vs Order. If you finish it and beat the final boss, you get to choose between both worlds and switching randomly. However if you never play it, then you’re stuck in a less colorful place.

Well, I mean, Marina is just by nature docile and orderly. Pearl by nature is chaotic and brash. It just fits their personalities, I don’t think they meant it to be that deep

I think that both chaos and order have bad and good things, order might seem like the best option but order in the context that marina and pearl used was to just stay in the way they were, never changing, while chaos was actually changing for a most interesting world, if pearl won, maybe the chaos will be literally in the new game and some villain will make real chaos, destroying the city and all while if order won, maybe it would have been order taken to the point of punishing everyone who makes something interesting and original, both sides would have been perfect problems for a new game. those 3 days were seriously the best days of my entire life. splatoon has meant so much to me over the years. unfortunately i found out about the game too late, so i couldn’t experience splatoon 1 while it was still alive. but now i know the excitement they felt during the final splatfest of splatoon 1. this event was probably the most magical moment of my life, i will never shut up about how much the splatoon franchise means to me

My own made up storyline for Splatoon 3’s campaign So when you beat 2’s one Pearl and Marina mention that the Great Zapfish doesn’t look as big as it did. This might just be cause of Nintendo’s models but maybe it was getting smaller or older over time. So eventually the Great Zapfish either dies or can’t produce energy. This causes Inkopolis to be dark and with almost no energy(kinda didn’t know what to do with Chaos from the splatfest so that can be it) the story mode will be to make a new Zapfish with Mr.Grizz golden eggs and the regular Zapfish. The little orange things will actually be vital to get now. The will be seen as Golden Eggs and you can either use them to upgrade your weapons or contribute to the main goal to donate to a machine that will be used to make the new Great Zapfish. The other normal Zapfish will still be collected and once you defeat all the kettles up to the final boss you have all the Zapfish you need. The final boss will be set placed in a place to make the new Great Zapfish while you fight the actual boss (Can be Octavio again or a new villain) since the final boss is taking the power you need to make the new Zapfish. Sorry this was long thanks for reading

Now that I see this 3 years later a day before the first splatfest of splatoon 3 I think the final splatfest basically determines what the next game will be like: in splatoon one Marie won and Callie lost which is probably why Callie went to or got captured by the octolings and since Chaos won the splatlands give of a chaotic vibe in my opinion and if order were to win maybe we would’ve been in like a modern looking city instead of the splatlands
Everyone was so vicious, like it was a fight for their lives- I mean, I guess they sort of had to since it was the most important Splatfest in Splatoon 2, but still I was terrified by the kind of players I was battling-

Dear God watching this made me remember how much I love these two, that chaos vs order fest was so intense, especially the two 100x I fought, I felt up against such a powerful enemy but I fought with everything and we won and I will never forget the insane battles of that fest was Truely the best splatfest ever for me and order put up a really good fight when I saw the results were almost 50% to 50% I especially popped off
