I saw the inside of a Minnesota Mall in the initial image that looked like the Mall of America…hope to hear a scary story about it so I can think about it next time I’m walking around there! EDIT: First story seems to be it!
The story of where they go to the abandoned mall with the stranger was creepy, and the story of where the guy was following him from the hotel airport mall was also creepy. It was probably a guy trying to sell him something too. It makes me think of that scene from SpongeBob where he says it looks like somebody wants to sell me something
That last story annoyed the heck out of me. How are people so dumb? If someone is following you, you don't call your friends, you drive to the nearest police station. That's why they have cameras infront of police stations. If your licky they'll capture his plates and he might even get in jail.
@bakarangerpinku in this case - yes, but I've heard a lot of other when grown as$ people don't go to police stations, but do stupid things. Like one guy was followed and he ditched his car on the side of the road and run-through a forest to run away from the people who chased him. He was in a town, but at a forested area of the town. And his first thought wasn't to go to the police station or call the police, but to get out of the only safety he has and run in a dark forest in the night. Wtf? That's the stupidest decision ever. He managed to get rid of the people who pursuit him and when he reached a road and stopped a car, they called the police for him. His car was robbed and they had his phone with all of his info. Dimping his car unlocked was the dumbest decigion ever, considering he could've just drove to some police station, or call the police while he noticed he was followed. People do crazy stuff when afraid, it's like they begin to think with their butts.
About 10 years ago someone tried following me in the neighborhood I grew up in. I didn’t think to drive to the police station until after the fact. Needless to say I lost them in a short amount of time
The scariest thing is when the mall is closed and it's really dark inside also you hear inside the mall a little ghost kid crying 😱 😱 and if the mall is abandoned you hear crying at night inside the mall of a ghost YES??? That's really Scary 😱
Are they? I haven't been to a mall in some years now, maybe 6 or 7. Every store I liked either stopped carrying anything remotely interesting now or closed. Food Courts did too. The department stores, which always frankly stunk, such as JCPenny or Macy's....had wildly-overpriced clothing & was way too hard to find what you need.

I can personally tell that most of the stories are from teenagers because they sound really naïve, and they really don’t even understand what’s going on even at the end of their “weird” experience. 😂

15:13 Our local mall (now closed) used to have a weird long-hallway setup too. One sharp turn led to the bathroom, but it was not well-marked so we tended to walk down empty labyrinthine-hallways. None of us ever could figure out why they built it like that, the hallway did NOT seem to lead anywhere.
Nothing against NTS but I think MN just has a spookier vibe with the background music the heartbeats and the super low monotone voice he uses it’s super immersive I love NTS but MN will always hold a special spooky place in my heart

I had a weird guy stalk me and my best friend when we went to the mall one day. He followed us through every store we went too. We knew the security guard that was working (the security guard went to school with my dad). The guy tried to play it off like it was a coincidence. We went into every girly store just to test and see if he was actually following which he was. We got security involved as well as the cops and was banned from the mall.
Malls are slowly dying out I feel .. our local malls are always empty, one racked up a $2.1 million dollar tax delinquency and had their power shut off 😂😂 .. but as long as the pretzel peddler stays open I’ll keep goin, best pretzel bites around 🤣
I feel a little bad that malls are slowly vanishing...but they really have (mostly) themselves to blame. One by one, even before the Internet became the shopping-method, the stores began to stop carrying the merchandise that ACTUALLY made people want to go there! One by one. Then the Food Court did the same. So who wants to do all that walking, struggle to park, dodge snarly-people for nothing? The remaining stores were terrible ones, they always were: Such as JCPenneys or Macy's. Overpriced & VERY hard to navigate, those stores. Tons of stuff, but who could sort it out??

I think it’s a mix of a lot of things, but overall time in the game sharpens the quality of content. That and the subscribers.
