Why would people agree to meet someone at night for any transaction? If someone has an excuse for being late at work, then set another day on their days off, or bring someone with you. Can’t people have that common sense?

I guess these days people just figure why bother cause again these days cops are so useless nothing comes of it they don't do anything especially if you don't think to get the license plate number or can't for some reason or if you do you forget it cause you couldn't write it down if you don't have paper and pencil or pen at the time.
