You were NOT kidding at ALL about the dreams.
This was the third night I've listened to this before bed, and I had so many dreams. Some dreams got repeated, for example their was this one where I was in a cozy comic store at night and I spot some comics about my DR people. Didn't read them, but when the dream happened again I did and someone else was reading one too.
I'm pretty sure I also had a dream about actually talking/interacting with one DR person, and they're really special to me too.
The only other dream I remember was being in one DR which was a show. Super vivid and the dream made up its own episode storyline, which while was kinda weird everyone was really spot on with staying in character.
Overall I've been noticing a feeling of deep fondness/love whenever I dream about the comic DR people. Especially about the one I mentioned was special to me. Those dreams feel really safe and warm.
P.s. I never dream about anyone from my DR and I hadn't experienced such a thing in SOOOO LONG.

About the dream I had after listening to this I must add that the dream was about shifting, first I was in my house, then I arrived to a mall and I knew that I had gotten there through shifting and I remember that I was very happy for having achieved it and I remember that I said that the key was: Not to "concentrate" so much, because it was better to feel the emotions and not to concentrate so much, that it was better to put more of my attention on my chest and how I feel and not so much on my head and what I'm visualizing.
And I think it makes sense, because many times bringing my attention back to what I am visualizing or affirming it takes me out of that meditative state that I had already achieved.
I am also going to try the heartbeat method, because of the part about putting my attention on my chest and what I feel.

So, about the dreams..
20/11/23: I went to sleep, and I made two thirty-minute attempts, I had a semi-lucid dream, in focus, I was making banana juice and there were some petals that somehow reminded me of sylleblossom, a flower of my dr, I think there were more flower heads than just petals, because they were big and they were glued to a folding paper (like a map, if you know what you mean) that I brought(I had to go somewhere, probably where i buy the things) someone It irritated me that I couldn't finish the juice, when I realized, I was arguing with that someone and I crumpled the paper where the petals/flowers were supposed to be, also, the type of paper on the paper was the same as that used for those brown packets that you put breads-(bish, I just happy with it- because I love that flower

I would like to use respanw but in a different way than we are used to: basically I would like to use respanw and obtain physical death but not go to any reality, but not stay in the absolute void, basically the "break" with the CR would be the death of my physical body, after death I would like to become an entity, as a ghost understands? It's just an idea I had...but I'd love to know if this is possible (I literally created a method for that) and well yes...I want to use respanw for something that completely deviates from the respanw standards.
