I think HGW is such a positive thing. It’s easy in winter to let good nutrition and exercise slide. It’s inspired me to keep working away at my weight loss after fully healing from spinal surgery. I’m eating so much better, and I’m feeling so much better for it. Thanks for being such a fun positive influence ❤

Yes!! It's not everyone's reality, but parts of it are, and she's one of the more realistic content creators out there. Am I getting my old, chubby butt up at 5 am to work out? Heck no! But there are so many bits of wisdom and inspo that I can take from her that will work for me and my life.

Sheertex are amazing!! They can still gets picks in them but they won’t rip. And they will replace them for free if they break in any way. Highly recommend
Sheertex is legit. I ordered some a couple of months ago and I’ve worn them quite a bit. No issues. They’re also super comfortable around the tummy area. Highly recommend!

The Sheertex are truly indestructible. I have one pair and I haven't worn a ton, but the sample piece they give you...we tested it out and my husband couldn't rip it for anything! Amazing.
Loved the variety and vibes of this vlog, from the gorgeous blowout at the top, to the seriously insane spread you guys put out at the family dinner, to all the inspirational bits in between. We all have different ways of taking care of ourselves and finding balance and it really seems like y'all are finding it and in the groove this year which is awesome.
I think HGW is totally realistic! I wake up at 5:15am every week day morning for a work out. The part that some people don’t understand is if you make body movement sustainable in your daily routine, missing a day isn’t the end of the world. AND, you actually look forward to it, which is very motivating. Keep doing you!!!
You look great, the hair, the nails, the everyday winter makeup! And obviously eating well and the workouts and the steps are a huge part of it. Good for you for making it a priority and thank you for including us in it and being so positive and encouraging❤

The Sheertex tights are no joke, 100% worth it. I had ripped every single pair of tights with my nails until I got these, have had them for over three years and not a single loose strand even. Definitely recommend!
I feel like they really stretched out for me and are really big and unwearable now ☹️

I have Sheertex tights (often on sale for like $35) and I love them. I have long nails and wear them at least 3 times a month and so far so good! I have one small hole starting at the crotch seam that appeared after having them for about 6 months. For how often I would have to repurchase tights after 1-2 wears it's been worth it for me. My fave are the black tights with the seam showing down the back

My sheertex are amazing!! I’ve had mine for months and they have yet to fail me. I ordered another pair during Black Friday now that I know I love them because I too was hesitant. Also LOVE the realism of sometimes workouts have to be skipped/done later. HGW done right lol ❤️

I think HGW is a great way to stay motivated/healthy during a time of year when people are usually more sedentary, eating differently, etc. It gives you a good routine to stick to - which is going to look different for everyone! Your HGW motivated me to switch up my workouts and try all the new recipes I've been stockpiling so that I have something to look forward to when it gets dark midafternoon.

I'm gonna join the convo saying that HGW is so inspiring!! I got myself a trainer to tailor a program for me because I'm clueless in the gym and that made me to start and stop a million times. But not.this.time. And it matters to begin something now because it becomes more than yet another New Year's resolution. It's a deeper change. So thank you for inspiring that!!

I love my sheertex! The extra sheer ones are a little more fragile but the standard ones are going strong, I wear them all the time for at least a year now

Sheertex are so good, I've had my pair for over a year now! Wait for boxing day of something, they usually have good sales around the holidays. Also, i wear a pair of very thin cotton socks before the tights (and another on top if needed) and that helps me a lot with sweating part. I also can't do bare feet on tights!

Fellow sweaty gal here - look for merino wool tights! They hold up when laundered and they dry quickly if/when you sweat and and say “if” because they’re so breathable, you may not sweat. 😊
Allana I just had to tell you that after watching you recommend the Tatcha indigo overnight repair cream over and over again (but especially after the last time a few vids ago) I finally bought it with the dewy skin cream during the Black Friday sale. Omg I’m addicted. I use tretinoin so the indigo repair cream really does repair my skin’s barrier overnight. Thank you again Allana and Happy LANMAS. I haven’t missed an upload in probably 5yrs when I found you❤

Sheertex have been good for me so far! I’ve had a pair for over a year now. I will call out that I did see a couple snags within the first few wears but they have yet to turn into runs… which is good enough for me as I can barely get 2 wears out of other tights if I’m lucky! But definitely hold out for a sale as they’re always on sale 😂

I love my Sheertex as an Ontario girly, but I'd say they're the most worthy when they're on sale. My first pair got a snag on Day 1. I can't get the snag out, but they've been through countless wears and washes and it's never worsened or run, which is unheard of for sheer black. I have the classic black sheer, the nude, the white and I can't recommend the footless ones enough for the winter, when you'll wear them with boots and sock anyways!

Makes me slightly crazy that people would say hgw is unrealistic. I could try to say 5am is unrealistic for me but it's not true; I would just prefer a later start to my morning. Big difference between unrealistic and unwanted 😂

I have 3 pairs of sheertex tights and haven’t broken any! The first order they gave a little piece of the fabric so you can try ripping them 😂 I have thick and sharp nails and couldn’t break through it.
SHEERTEX TIGHTS 100% WORTH IT! I have two pairs and that’s it!! 1 nude and 1 black. I’ve had them for years and they’ve been washed so many times. They’re the best thing to happen in the tight world.

Lots of comments recommending sheertex, and I agree they are super indestructible! They are more opaque than I would prefer, so I end up wearing my fleece lined tights that look sheer more often. Those are also indestructible because they're basically fleece leggings!

Honestly, the target brand A New Day tights have been the best for me thus far. Breathable and don't snag so much. They also come in footless ones which I love because I don't feel as trapped. Lol
I feel the SAME exact way about avocado. I can eat it in small quantities when there’s a lot of lime juice salt & pepper, but could never ever do it plain.

I bought the a new day tights from target recently and they were great! I’ve worn them twice so far and they’ve been stretched in pulled so much already (mainly bc I’m pregnant and bought a size too small 😂) but no tears!!

Hi Allana! I just wanted to comment on the sheertex tights.
I am a victim too of tearing way too many beautiful calzedonia tights over the years and I too have been curious about sheertex tights through Instagram ads. They had a Christmas sale two years ago and I caved in and purchased one in sheer classic and another thicker one for the winter season. I live in Stockholm and it can get down to - 10 to - 15 degrees Celsius and the thick tights are amazing!! The sheer classic is a tad bit thin for the winter season but omg it's true. THEY ARE STRONG! It is even resistant to my long nails and engagement ring!! Get them!!!!!
