Idk if you heard but Taramps is about to release the Smart 8K amp. The power outage will be 8k watts at 1 ohm and 2 ohm which would make the perfect amp for this setup 😁
The reason why it's the same power at 1ohm and 2 ohm is because it has a voltage limiter when it's wired to 1 ohm. It's a selling tactic but still a great amp nonetheless
@@dustinjessee3952 oh don’t get me wrong, I actually don’t mind the technology it takes to make it happen. I mean after that vid that ParkerTheBasshead put out I don’t think I can downplay it at all. It put out the power without clipping so that’s a plus in my book! Oh not saying you should get it or anything, hell I’m actually planning on going less power than that here soon lol, just that the amp is quite impressive.
wired down to 1 ohm, it manages power well if used proper voltage as well with proper speaker wire guage. no terminals on box small 1/2” hole with silicone covering air gap
@@brentsounds ok cool. I have that same Agm upfront as well I think mine is the 24F. 70AH. 2 agms in the back but I was deciding on whether to get these lto’s or a Chins or Powerqueen LiFePo battery.
@@brentsounds yeah a lot of people have said the same. I’ve looked into the technology you can get the same output power from LiFePo batteries as well for a fraction of the cost. And wire them in parallel with your AGM. There’s a few videos on it. I went with Chins 20AH. From what I understand a 20AH lithium is basically like having a 200AH AGM or Lead but it discharges more of its capacity 90% which is why you get double the power almost.
Great system brooo
only question is why didnt you change the stock radio
I like the rims. Looks tight! What year is that Tahoe? What peak SPL do you generate?
2011, 153.0. thank you brotha
Love your system. Can I get a song request boss? Key glock- Dough.
The lows are crazy

What are they wired down to? And how is it managing the power with a quad set up? Also how are the terminals for the box?

@@brentsoundso you had to apply your own terminals for the box? And the box came from d4S too?
Very nice!
What kind of battery do you have under the hood? Any battery besides the LTO’s in the back?
I have just a AGM Everstart battery from Walmart, it was around 160$ nothing special just needed AGM to run the lithium.

I love the LTO's haven't had one problem and I'm charging them at 14.8V

Is it louder inverted ?
Yes by a couple db, much lower notes
