Apple cider vinegar with Luke warm water for 2 to 3mon5s
Lemon 🍋 water 2 to 3 times
Green tea 2 to 3 cups per day
Haldi mix haldi in milk or in water drink it
Papaya 250 gram also use can eat dried seeds
Coffee without milk and sugar
is good for liver as well
Aamla regular use
You can also eat aamla Muraba without sugar

If you take every morning not virgin olive oil but extra virgin olive oil in the morning your liver will be repaired..
