  • Get ready for a thrilling speed session!
    Today, I'm sharing my experience with 12x 1/2 mile repeats, with 200m rest in between. With a 20-minute warm-up and cool-down, I was able to get in the zone and push myself to new limits.
    Although the course had some hilly sections, I felt strong and confident, and was able to hit my target. I didn’t capture all the rest clips in the video, but I hope this workout inspires and motivates you to challenge yourself too.

    Salut LYDIA J espère que tu vas bien, je te regarde courir tu as une foulée magnifique tu es bien gainer je m'inspire de tes entraînements pour courir comme toi 😅 tu as de la chance de courir sur de la terre moi je cours sur le goudron et bravo pour tes entraînements. Demain matin je suis au stade et je vais faire du fractionné 3x400 M + 4x2000 M et dimanche matin 20km sur la promenade des anglais à Nice hier j ai couru à Monaco j ai fait 10km et mardi 15 km 7km500 cool et le retour en fartlek 😊 j 'uste une question tu as qu'elle marque de montre moi j ai une coros pace 3 Biz de NICE 😘
