I honestly can’t tell because lot’s of factors need to be considered, cost of living in your city/town of choice, ability to get a job etc. Can’t tell to be frank.

No, except they come with a spouse who would work extremely hard. 20hrs isn’t enough
Nope you can’t. Don’t try.
Please don't try it except you are coming with your spouse and even at time, make sure 50 percent of the fees has been paid to avoid too much pressure
