This one was probably made by reverse engineering this final position. Just keep asking the question "what moves lead to this from a seemingly normal position" Still gonna be difficult to do and take a lot of time but it's doable if you're good.
Wonderful solution. Sacrificing a rook and the queen. .. opponent has Two rooks, two bishops and two pawns.. still the mate with a single pawn ! Unimaginable position. Unbelievable mate. Hats off to you !
My idea was that the queen can't be taken or black will be punished with Rook F3 mate. I didn't analyze after white rook goes to F5 though cuz I wasn't sure if this was supposed to be a mate in 2 puzzle.
Fantastic puzzle!! I found the first move and some of the lines but I didn't reach the final position with the Black king boxed in by his own pieces. 👍👍👍
Actually starting with the rook move that was claimed to not work actually does work: Rf3+ Kg4 (only move) Kh6+ Kh4 (only move) Rh3# Probably the reason this was missed is that Kh6+ may appear to be bad because it pins white's own queen (except queen doesn't need to move any more)
It's mind-boggling how people can even invent such puzzles.

That was a fun ride, and a wonderful analysis from our host.
This puzzle is a classic example of a king with his more army surrounding him, actually suffocate the king
I agree with you, it was worth to see the path for a win !
Love the ending on this one!
Wonderful solution.

Unbelievable mate.
Hats off to you !
didn't see that coming.
The King in the cage!
Awesome puzzle!
Highly enjoyable puzzle. Thank you.
Fantastic
After two years of slowly improving... you just put me back to kindergarten... :) Very cool puzzle, though!...
great stuff
1. King to h5, Either RxQ or BxQ
2. R to f3, checkmate 😊😊😊
If black notices the trap and try to escape by K to f5, then
2. Q to g6 checkmate
beautiful
If its not a mate in 2 my first thought is King H5

Wonderful, thank You 👍🏼

Beautiful end!
Saw the starting move pretty quickly! 😊 Training pays off !
This is simply brilliant!
this was really Beautiful, and I'm really proud of myself for seeing the kh5 and kh4 moves
What a beautiful puzzle!
08:34 -- "Aaand we finish it off... with a little *РОRN* move..." ... _(SUBTITLES)_
ahahahahha !! :D
.
Fantastic chess puzzle!
Beautiful puzzle. Unbelievable 😊
The wall behind the Black in on the e rank was a pretty good clue
This is so beautiful and difficult problem that I had to admire and laugh!
Fantastic!
Truly beautiful!
This is brilliant. After all that flailing around, black gets mated with a pawn. Oh the humiliation! 😂
Checkmate with a pawn when your opponent is up two rooks and two bishops? Quite unusual. Great puzzle.
You got to the final move and I still didn't see it! No wonder I've never won a chess game.
That was a great one!
wonderful
beautiful!
outstanding
5:21 Chessmaster plays this... So
Excellent puzzle, thank you and God bless you
Disgusting, just disgusting. Pawn checkmate with a 15 point deficit. You would never recover from that loss.
I agree, if it was a real game and it came to the pawn checkmate, the black player might change careers. Lovely puzzle!
Хочу с Вами сыграть в шахматы
Too bad I conceded the game a long time ago when I was down by so much material.
👌
nice.. i only got the initial first step right by moving the king but after that i am stumped.... 😅
5:27
...Bf7+
Kh4 Be7+
Kh3 Be6+
Kh2 looks like funny.
The cage in the end is fun, but wouldnt black rather put the bishop on e2 in like at 5:33 ?
Still Rxf3+ Bxf3 and g3#
Oh mu Gosh
Nonsense
Actually starting with the rook move that was claimed to not work actually does work:
Rf3+ Kg4 (only move)
Kh6+ Kh4 (only move)
Rh3#
Probably the reason this was missed is that Kh6+ may appear to be bad because it pins white's own queen (except queen doesn't need to move any more)
After Kh6+ black can take white's queen with either the rook or bishop and will win shortly after.
Beautiful mate! But these puzzles are just too complex! No fun or no time to go through all these variations!
“Oh my God” is evil blasphemy against God.
I hate all the time wasrred by you on showing wrong moves you waste my time
Fantastic!
