Wow absolutely adorable tumbler, I love it! I don't think I would have the patience adding all those rhinestones lol, but it definitely adds a beautiful touch.
You can do it! I always just take my time when I stone. I do like 10-30 mins at a time might take a couple days but I like not feeling like I have to sit there cross eyed trying to finish lol

Nope I don’t seal my matte printable vinyl, but you totally could it you wanted to with something like mod podge
