Trying to negotiate a "free drinks and wifi" for my upcoming trip, they had a promotion a day later after our booking! And, a HORRIBLE Canadian customer service management is not cooperating! Shame on you!!!
Acabo de terminar mí vacaciones en la Grandiosa,y sinceramente me siento decepcionado con tanta burocracia absurda, porque hay que rellenar un dossier para usar los toboganes? Porque cuando los usas no está señalado las diferentes colas? Se formaban colás para casi todo, por qué no están señalado los autobuses de las diferentes excursiones? Porque el alcohol es tan caro y tiene una graduación tan baja de alcohol, crees que los clientes no lo saben?? Los pasillos parecían laberintos, por qué nadie informa de los números para e in par? Porque desde la aplicación no se puede reservar el teatro y desde la pantalla del barco si? Porque cobrais 1 euros para la fundación sin nuestros permiso? Porque tener datos móviles en el barco es tan caro? En resumen no me ha gustado vuestra política de empresa, y no volveré a este crucero ni ninguno,lo único bueno fue pasar tiempo con mi familia.

Sono vergognosi non aiutano il proprio cliente! Non ho messo la spunta al momento della prenotazione su pacchetto bevande. Ho richiamato per farlo mettere e mi hanno chiesto il 40% in più sul pacchetto! Pensano solo ai soldi! Meglio costa crociere, la prossima vacanza la prenoto con Costa!
È assurdo pensare che una compagnia come la MSC e la nuova Grandiosa non possa ospitare al 100% ( o quasi) una persona diversamente abile...escursioni inesistenti, piscine inaccessibili impediscono un viaggio sereno e confortevole...

Siamo usciti mezz'ora fa dal porto della Valletta. Mi emoziona la delicatezza dei movimenti in mare di questa opera dell'uomo. Chi critica la gestione della nave con commenti stupidi e banali è da internare. La GRANDIOSA è davvero tale.
