i've always liked Aussie Dan's skating, and think that it shines in most settings. some ppl are better geared for "the game", and others are better at the solo grind & persistence. honestly skateboarding in general never used to be super competitive, and i wish it would get back to its roots. Uzi Dan is the same, 'cause he's *good* too ...but all of the viewing audience's expectations for "consistency in all stances w/ all 'staple' tricks" is a side-effect from BATB and SLS, and it overlooks an individual's stylistic subtleties which make them *_THEM_* ...style and that elusive landing of something special is *WAY* more interesting to me

Well given Chris' Twitter says he lives in Pismo Beach, California he doesn't exactly live close enough to appear in Braille videos all the time. Since the San Fransico Bay area is about a 3 and a 1/2 hour to 4 and a 1/2 hour drive from Pismo Beach. Then it would take him just as long to drive back. So it's one heck of a long drive for Chris.

Probably doesn't help that you guys are constantly meeting and filming absolutely amazing skaters, it's natural to be discouraged when you see how big a skill gap there can be but you also have to look at where you are now and how far you've come since starting.
