Looks delicious. I never thought about salting carrots like that. I've done it with cukes, but not carrots. Thanks for the tip. Good luck growing your page.

Carrots won't release as much water as cucumber, but salting them like this seasons them a bit. Thanks for your encouragement! Def will make more and better videos xx

didn't expect to go through an existential crisis over peeling an egg...

Hahaha oh man, you know my life isn't easy if I am pondering this even when peeling the egg🤣

Peeling boiled eggs is easier when the eggs are older... and don't think about how that translates to your life analogy :P
And comparing your potato salad to my family's "special Christmas potato salad", I would suggest not to discard the salty liquid from the veggies, but maybe add it to the potato salad. We use actually some amount of stock to our potato salad, cause even when they are boiled, potatoes will soak up any liquid and flavors around them during some resting time. However, that is just a suggestion from afar without having tasted your potato salad :)
And, mmmm, the obligatory thinly sliced cabbage to a Japanese dish! :)

I love the idea of adding some liquid to the potato salad! Will definitely give it a try! THX
