Lovely bag-one of those bags that gets prettier with wear-the lining is perfect. That was fun. I am favoring light bags these days with just cards, hand sanitizer, masks, phones, glasses, keys. Nothing fun in there-but I have some unusual bags-cloth and artsy. All sizes. Love your charms and the photos are so interesting. I loved this little video. And I think I near hair balm, too! Oh, I also carry a bigger bag for trips to the doc, etc. so I can keep papers and reading material, etc.
I really like doing these fun videos, I just worry they’re a little self-indulgent! But it is interesting to see what people think, say and do. It sounds like you carry the same, you keep it light. ♥️ I used to have lots of interesting bags like you, but over the past few years I’ve been getting rid of all my things - I just don’t need them anymore, they weigh me down.
Not only it was fun and cute to watch this video but I also think that- in terms of witchcraft, it does help to see how we can add it in a more casual/ everyday life way, at least for me as a beginner. It was really interesting. Thank you Wren 🥰
Ahhh thank you so much! I think beginner witches can miss the point that more experienced witches live very normal lives, even if they spend a lot of time on their Craft. It's helpful to have that reassurance that you're doing great! And that it's ok for your life to be work, bills, family and children - that's how it is for most of us. :)
Hi Wren, my bag looks like it belongs to Mary Poppins!! The amount of stuff I carry around and what lurks in the murky recesses are anyones guess!! I know there are always hand wipes and tissues and a note pad and pen. Your hair is so lovely and thick. I am the same, mine is naturally wavy but I straighten it which is very bad for it. I think some moose and a defuser on the end of your hair dryer would bring your curls out lovely though. I love your natural colour and I also loved it when you dyed it a purply shade not that long ago, it looked fab! Lovely variety in your videos hun. xx
Mary Poppins! 😂😍 For some reason I am now imagining you with a bag, pulling out lots of interesting things, like a rabbit out of a magician’s hat. 😍 A notepad and pen is probably one of the most useful things to carry, I used to have one but now I use notes on my phone. You said you straighten your hair but do you ever use the mousse and diffuser method on your own hair? ❤
@@the_cemetery_witch Well yes I have done but I just find it easier to keep my hair straight I don't know why, plus my hair is shorter than your's, I think putting a diffuser on the hair work better on long hair as with shorter hair it tends to bounce up too much I think, I don't know, you could try it and see what you think. I am unfortuantely in the habit of straightening I think! Oh Wren, on the subject of bags, i have two big under-bed boxes stuffed full of them, very naughty! I'm a terrible hoarder you see! xx
Hi Wren! I’m late catching up on this video after the Witching Week and this was so fun! I love the balance as you said. 😊 I’m vegetarian and totally understand your reasoning, partly bc it is my own too. You might try HiBar bar shampoo and condition in the Moisture or Curly lines. The packaging (a box) is recyclable or compostable, and it’s a nice formula for wavy hair. ❤
Hello! I'm so glad you enjoyed this video; I was worried it was a bit self-indulgent but so many people seem to enjoy this sort of content. It's always fun seeing what other people do and comparing it to your own circumstances! I'm so glad that as a vegetarian you understood my reasons for using a leather bag. It's really important we look at sustainability as a whole and factor that into our decisions. Thank you so much for the suggestions, I will definitely take a look and give them a try! I am currently using some vegan products for my hair, which I love, but I hate the packaging. Arrrgh! Wishing you a lovely week ahead. :)
I know I’m late to watching this but I so adored seeing what your bag held and being someone embracing her greys now I’m thinking maybe I should experiment with lipstick!
We both have the same problem with our hair. Whispy grey and weird wavy curly hair but not really curly or straight. I use a hair balm I made with shea butter, candelilla wax and lavender oil. I try to put on make up too, because the grey just makes me look older sometimes. But foundation makes my skin feel like it can't breathe. I look forward to what type of make up you use. As a plant base person most of my life its nice to see what others use. My hobo bag always has a witchy book, blue thread and needle, black salt, sea salt, lavender, matches and a leatherman, along with daily stuff.
It's frustrating to have hair like this! I'm with you on the grey making us need a bit more makeup and colour... a dash of lipstick seems to do the trick. Ooooh you carry a Leatherman...!? They're amazing tools!
@@the_cemetery_witch I think your hair is amazing! Women should wear their grey like a crown. And leatherman are really great tools. Its a habit from my army and rock band days. 😄
Hehe, always interesting to see what people carry around with them. I don’t carry neatly as much - at any given time my bag contains a mask that I keep forgetting to take out, lip balm, my wallet and a crystal I bought last year that seems to have taken on the role of keeping an eye on my spending. When I go out -and yes, I also always take my bag-, I add my keys (with a black swan key ring from WA because I love swans and I fell in love with WA when I visited) and my phone and sometimes a pen. My bag is really big so the shopping ends up in it frequently, too!
I think the tendency with bags is to fill them up, so if you have a big bag it ends up fully stocked! But with a small bag you have to draw the line somewhere... It's so much fun to hear what others carry, it's fascinating to see into other people's everyday lives. Thanks for sharing! :)
The only comment I can do is to just say I saw this video late or early at after 3am...I'm like an insomniac...so I catch up on things....💜as for your explanation on your bag..I am a vegetarian myself...but, on products made by using animal...well, unless it's fur..then that's another story...you got a lot in your bag..speaking on behalf of male witches...I go light weight..😁but, sometimes I wear a jacket with everything stuffed in a jacket...interesting video...but, I saw this on April 7....💜
I did wonder as you always seem to be up at 0300hrs! You can get some excellent jackets with lots of helpful pockets. I particularly like those fishing utility waistcoat things - they always have loads but I don’t think I’d be likely to wear one! Do you carry a notebook and pen? For some reason I get the impression you would… a place to jot down all your thoughts, feelings and observances, especially when it comes to the local crows! ♥️
@The Cemetery Witch I do have a jacket with a lot of pockets..and normally I have my smartphone with me...and, yes...a piece of paper and a pen..to write something down...but, normally the smartphone is more used in case I have that golden opportunity to see something like a crow, or even blaxkbirds or magpies...or just something that I may find useful for myself...when I get back home I usually see the photos..or video..write down the thoughts in a journal...it's a strange process..but, it's some things that I have never shared before on places like Instagram...because of it being more for my eyes only....but, yes...the jacket has a lot of pockets..not a fishing jacket...kind of like a parka type of jacket one would wear if you went hiking....
Hello! Speaking of hair, I have the same problem as you and what has worked for me is the curly method, look for a couple of videos and try with products you have at home to see how it turns out for you 😊
So sorry to hear about your medical issues. From one witch to another have you seen the wonderful work of Joe Dispenza with regards to health. If so feel free to totally ignore this message. If not its worth taking a look at his offical channel or purchase his books. Blessings to you xx
I am aware of him! I don't know too much about him so can't comment too comprehensively but I believe he says he healed his broken vertebrae through using his mind? As a holistic therapist I totally believe that belief and mindset have a huge impact on the body, in fact my positivity is what keeps me going when I have a LONG list of serious issues - BUT - my issues are also genetic (I have a connective tissue disorder), and I personally don't believe it is possible to "cure" me of this condition. I would have done that several times over by now! Some might say therein lies the problem but I have been shown by my own body that no matter how positive I am and believe I can think myself well, my body does has certain limitations. Still, I do believe that anything is possible, so hats off to him! Wishing you a lovely week. :)
@@the_cemetery_witch He works very much with the genetics of the body too. My friend had cancer, hospitals unable to treat and when she personally worked with him she was cured. I haven't personally done any work with him but have seen results with others. I would never doubt your own personal journey with anything especially health. I just hate to see people suffer and like to give suggestions on paths they may not have tried. Much love to you ❤ and your channel is a blessing to many xx
That's such a good idea! I think bags can be a bit of a comfort item; I feel like it's that way with me and carrying so little stuff (like yourself) would seem very strange after all these years!

😊 I don't carry a bag, only my phone, which has a pocket that holds my ID, health card, and ATM card. Keys go in my pocket. That's all I need. ✌️❤️🔮🪄🕯
