    Be careful of ticks out there. I just read the other day that some moose die because they have thousands of ticks sitting on them :( Again thanks for taking us on your journey :)
    Btw. you switched from Sony A7IV to A1 right? It's just a bummer that Sony doesn't have a lot of good lens options for photographers.
    That's one thing that I love about my Nikon System, many Lens Options! I don't know what I would do without my 800mm f/6.3 :D
    The bird was with the nest build, was I believe a house wren. They get really territorial and love to build dummy nests. They might builded a dummy nest because of that stick they pull in. But not sure.
    Another add: Owls do sometimes not get listed on ebird. I believe it is up to the reviewer to have the bird listed or not. Some do not accept them being posted to protect them from getting harassed.
    I also think thats was a great idea for you last day! It's incredible hard to find specific animals, specially in an area that you don't know.
