Companies are too stingy to pay what is deserved, plus they want signed contracts that anything produced while subcontracted under their employment they have legal ownership thereto. Greedy. Instead of taking on an employee who is talented, and keeping him/her happy with annual salary, incentives, and recognition, they exploit the talented, take all of their hard work, then k8ck them to the curb. It is a poor business model of larger corporations that has been around for the past 100 years. They swallow up the competition. They keep entrepreneurs from gaining any notoriety, they squash the upstarts by unethical contracts. Luckily, there is social media, and a a few good companies left who may pick up some talented animators or coders/programmers who are out there freelancing. 👍🏻 this channel will explode very soon, and it will be a thing of beauty because the big corporations can't control what they don't own. 😉👍🏻
The speedup would be good if you know the software well. The video is as short as it can be to give the best tutorial. I recommend 1.25, xspeed also if you are quick, or 1.5x - 2.0. and using the pause when you need something more detailed. I don't think 30 minutes is a long tutorial - it SHOUOD count as #CEU credit in USA for license renewals in tech and Ed. I can't help this next comment, being a former high school literature teacher, is that the symbol reminds me of Suzanne Collins's cover art to Catching Fire in the Hunger Games Trillogy Novels(book 2). It was a Maockingjay pin worn by Katniss throughout the Trillogy. 😊 That series has to be 12 years old or so.
