I always thought the Vashta Narada were worse. Weepings Angels are terrifying, sure, but at least you can see that there's a big menacing thing in front of you. With the Vashta Narada you just step into any shadow and get killed instantly with no warning.

Searched a bit around and decided to search here on youtube, I searched: Swoosh sound effect transition, I found some results quite the same like the one in this video. If you don't find the swoosh you like, you can always use the one I am using in my video by turning it into a Music file and just using the swoosh sounds! Hope this helps!
