English language spoken by the DM is pathetic. He shd pronounce state correctly instead of saying 'estate'! The helplessness of the DM is also seems there!

DM is confused, whose instructions are to be obeyed, in the case of the High Court, the fear of the leader's transfer, and in the case of the state government, the fear of the High Court's law
He should have acted more stern and confident, he looked really helpless😂 which i dont find amusing. He also has a lot of other workload so naturally he's prone to bad decisions

that DM got some instruction from high court to complete on time but he was waiting for state govt's approval thats why judge lashed out at him and asked him that what is more important for him court's order or state govt's order

The judge is stronger than the leader because he will follow the constitution, the leader does not have the power to disobey the constitution.

High court order is given by a judge who was selected by other judges but this is democracy and in democracy only that authority is superior which is selected by public not by the group of judges which select itself..

Judge private company ke boss ki tarh bat karte hain। Isi tarike se meeting hoti hai wahan.lagta hai DM shahab ko is tarh ki batchit aur stress lene ke adat nahin।matlab inpe senior officer ya mantri Kam ka dabav nahin dalte.Jo Kam karte hain apni icha se karte hain।aur judge shab ne lawyer rahte jiwan mein bahut stress jhela hoga.ias hone ke bad bhi dhang se English mein nahi bol pa rahe।sarkari vakil ne halat sambhal liya।
English is not a big thing .... Jab government school se padhai Ki h toh english toh achi kaise hogi ? But he is still trying to speak...... jisne Ias ka exam crack Kiya h uske liye english seekhna koi badi baat nahi h ........ He is very competent and knowledgeable .
English ko padhe-likhe hone ka measuring instrument kyu bana rahe hain bhai.IAS hain wo sabse kathin exam pass kiye ye phir bhi aam jaanta comment section mein english ko scale banayi hui hain.Inka administration mein inka knowledge kaam aata hain english nhi.
