Ok good because sometimes even when you beat them it still locked caz I did that first. but have a blessed one and I hope everything works out well

Looks more like the brakes are wore out and cammed over is the reason why brakes were locked. Lol. It's called maintenance
It was sitting for like two years so that could be the reason why the guy just want to get it moved so I get it to move have a blessed day
