Hi, CYoung! New subscriber here!! I 'm Anastasia from Germany (although i'm Greek and I live in Germany for 11 years now and probably muuuch older than you-since i'm 48), thank you so much 'cause i'm learning so much from you! I've always been interested in cosmetology, and over the years, I have tried many many products, but for the last 4 years, i've been yousing only korean Face products, and i'm very satisfied!!! I also have dry and sensitive skin with a lot of redness in the cheeks - and the climate here in Germany doesn't help since it's very humid, but i'm very thankful 'cause from Amazon I can buy all the korean products that i needed! For sunscreen, i use only the Beauty of Joseon with rice extract, and i'm very happy!! Thank you very much for all the important information that you give us for skin care!! I 'm sending you a lot of hugs and love!! Anastasia! P.S. Sorry for the long message!

First time watching your video and I love your content, especially you describe everything without skipping tiny details like most outside video will. Keep it up!!!
Round lab doesn’t burn my eyes like most other sunscreens I’ve tried.. once the Beauty of Joseon got into my eyes and it was burning so badly for 2 days (-_-;) I wish the round lab had different packaging though. Could you please review some under eye treatments for dark and puffy under eyes and make a video on identifying your skin type? . Thank you for your content! The endings are always so fun ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Oohhh Sorry BOJ doesn’t work for you. But good still Round lab was 👌 I’m so obsessed with that show haha Noted for new topic💕❤️ Ty for suggesting love!
korean sunscreens are good...., but i love japanese sunscreens much more. my favourite has alcohol in it, which some people dont like, but its so lightweight and takes no time to absorb, and it comes in >100ml so its much cheaper than korean sunscreens
Hello love your videos !!❤ entering my 20’s I have acne prone skin, sensitive a bit more red at times with oily skin. Would you recommend the Centella, Round lab, or beauty of Joseon. Or maybe another one ? Any suggestions?
Hello love! Sunscreen is different for everyone, so it's best to try it. Even if I recommend it, it may not fit. Everything I mentioned is fine. Try Beauty of Joseon Fresh version. Hope it fits you well.

I have acne marks , and when I don’t use suncreen, even indoor, and with blackout in my room , I feel my marks get dark , that makes sense ? My job is home office
Hello love! Are you in an environment where you are exposed to a lot of sunlight or near a window at home? When you say that, the UV rays make the spot darker. Then you should wear sunscreen at home, too. Unless you squeeze acne and make a scar...
Hiii Cyoung-nim 💕 Oh really I wish French people uses sunscreen more ! In beauty stores like Sephora, they are almost no sunscreen to buy (and they are bad quality), it's a culture shock. Only the younger generation starts to care but the damages are so real : pigmentation, rough skin, very deep wrinkles.. I've seen customers who wanted to erases damages with creams but no no no.. I really like the Skin1004 for summer and before makeup .. Maybe I'll buy again the BOJ for winter, it protects my skin from the cold and windy weather☃. Which one is your favorite for this autumn🍁?? The cooking show seems amazing, I should check if it's available here🧑🏻🍳. Thank you for your bright energy ☀ See you next week ! 🥰❤
마현님❤️💕Happy to see you again! I was shocked when a European customer told me that they don't sell sunscreen in the winter. France have Bio-Derma and La Roche-Posay! La Roche-Posay sunscreen, I love it, but isn't it easy to get it from since it’s French brand? Among Skin 1004 and BOJ, I emptied Skin 1004 first because it's a pump type. They're both similar, Skin1004 probably I find it easier to use. I only put 9 products in the video, so I didn't put this in, but these days, I use Numbuzin a lot. It's very good to use until winter.😊
@CYounginyou In France suncreens are mostly sold in French pharmacy all year around not at Sephora. But yes most French do not use sunscreens in the winter here, when the UV index is at 1. French dermatologists do not recommend it either.
@@heredianna2496 Oh yes that's true, but so many skincare ingredient at sephora needs to wear sunscreen and we can't even give them the sunscreen and we aren't sure they will use it.. Sunscreen is used during summer that's all
❤1 question: Regarding korean sunscreens which I really like but why are the bottles so small? To apply a lot or enough of amount and every 3-4 hours the bottle is empty so quickly. It is annoying me. And also it costs more to buy again and again. The bottles are so tiny. Do u think or feel the same?
Thank you Cyoung! I am heading to SK next week. I wrote down the skin products I will be buying to save time. My chosen products are based on your recommendations. Also, can you mention about fake skin care products sold in SK by some small shops? They said it’s way cheaper. Is there some truth to this? Is Olive Young the only place to buy legit skin care products? Cheers.
Hello love! Welcome to Korea! I've never seen a place that sells fake cosmetics before and I've never heard of it. Maybe it happens in Myeong-dong, where there are many tourists. Sometimes clients ask me how it's so cheap when some stores sell very cheap sheet masks, and I guess it's because they sell products with almost an expiration date. If you're worried about that, it's the safest and most convenient to go to Olive Young. Before COVID-19, each brand had stores such as Missha, Tony Moly, Skin Food, etc., so they had sales and gave a lot of samples, but during COVID-19, everything was ruined when tourists didn't come. That's why Olive Young has grown like a dinosaur now. There's also a similar multi-brand store called Chicor. If you're curious about a brand like Sulwhasoo, you can go to the department store. I hope it helped.
Japanese sunscreen didn’t work for me at all. It was horrible actually. Plus it’s weird how ingredients are not usually disclosed in english… My holy grail is Roundlab birch juice sunscreen. I alternate with this while I try out new Korean sunscreens. K-sunscreens are the best!
i do agree, i bought quite a few japanese sunscreens before due to them generally being half the price of korean ones but i just HATE the texture of so many of them :/
I dont have issues with pilling either, i love the BOJ sunscreens! 🙌🏽 even under makeup it's great. It depends on the skincare products people are applying underneath their sunscreen, and also if they allow it to fully absorb before adding sunscreen on top. Hope this helps - i really recommend BOJ ❤
I use Skin1004 everyday and it helps with acne because it contains centella asiatica, it's also lightweight ! You should try it :) And before buying, check if the product is comedogenic or not, a lot of websites can help☺
i recently discovered dr. ceuracle's sunscreen! it feels very lightweight and absorbs easily! ty for this informative video~ and yes i LOVED culinary class wars, it was super fun to watch haha
Hello love💕 Kids sunscreen is more mineral sunscreen since it’s less likely to break out. But for a teen, doesn't matter what you use between chemical or mineral. Usually for teens a lot of sebum secretion and it can be annoying to apply everyday, so think better to start from easy to apply version sunscreen(chemical) unless if you’re not particularly sensitive.
The haruharu one is my fave, I just ordered two more from Stylevana. I feel like the others are too shiny for me. I tried the BOJ, skin1004 and Anua ones before.
Hello love! Thanks for the sharp question. People put on too little sunscreen from the beginning, so usually dermatologists saying to apply it every 2-3 hours because that amount is less blocking. As I mentioned, if you apply the equivalent of two fingers, you don't have to apply it until the afternoon. If you sweat a lot outside and the sunscreen is removed, of course, you should apply it again, but if you're into your daily routine, it's okay to apply the right amount in the first place.
Great video💕💕💗💗, I find myself really liking the skin 1004 sunscreen but many people tell me to buy my sunscreen from jbeauty, but I have no idea where to start and i am very happy with Korean skincare, the BOJ one stings my eyes a bit.
