It actually sounds like Syk was speaking Mandarin instead if Cantonese

His "wo yao liang ge bing shui" sounded Mandarin to me too. But the front part before he cut off to speak Mandarin sounded partial Cantonese!

The liang ge bing sui part sounds really similar in both Cantonese and Mandarin. The "I want" part of it in Cantonese is like ngo yu but the rest of the sentence sounds almost the same
