Wanka Tree House. Bear Legacy Trail

On Oct. 1st 2017 I start a trail system built for kids of all ages in honer of my son Bear who passes away suddenly from an un-know virus. Bear loved being out-side and mostly in the woods. As a new mom the first thing I learned was: kids can't bounce off the walls, if you take the wall a way. So outside we would go. Bear left behind his sister Eva and Brother Hyker for me to stay strong and keep going. My vision of the trails was to build a Neverland kids could play outside in. Every year we add to the trail system bringing more adventure to families. Over the past few months and being delayed with Covid-19 we finely got the Wonka Tree house done.

Volunteers like: friends, family, Bel Air Lions club, Local School teacher, the VolunTeens, Kinsley Construction volunteer Day, We all worked in color weather wet weather and even Humility to get this project done. we fraught Covid social distancing but in the end is came out great!

Thank you. We keeping trying to add fun adventures for the kids, that are made out of wood and so much play ground plastic. A Neverland where their imagination can run wild! Like we did as kids. But right in the middle of town and not as far as some of our hiking parks

Thank you the kids in our area have made this a new favorite spot. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to build this really cool spot for our kids.
