Congratulations on your business! Your work is exquisite. I was a florist 15 years ago, and my specialty was weddings. That is where I really shined. And the one thing I always told my brides is that they will have the only wedding that I would do that weekend and they would have my personal cell number. They could call me anytime and my crew, and I would go out of our way to do anything they needed to help them on that day. I have cut cakes, put out chairs, helped the bride with her dress, and just mainly stayed near her until she relaxed at her reception. People love the service and the extra attention. I miss the industry. Congratulations again.

What an amazing video! Quick and straight to the point. I am realizing that I have a more luxurious brand and just haven't promoted it as such. As a leader in the industry I thought I was setting a standard but now I realize that many that have come after me have left room for me to now be considered luxury! I'm learning a lot about how to market that from your videos.
