My question to you is what did you invest in? and for your niche who did you follow to build your brand? do you invest in inventory?
That's a great question! I made 2 key investments, 1 in custom pieces that were built specifically for me and no one else had (floral stands, backdrops & curved tables). The 2nd into my team, hiring really talent florist even though it meant loosing money in the beginning. It was more important for me to build a talented team than to make money right away. Hope that helps and would love to know any video ideas you have for me!
