Hmmm 🤔 I've read the book "you can win" by shiv khera i dunno if it's selfcare but it helped me
Just a suggestion..... try to do voice over videos so basically record things you do for example making your bed, studying and all and just record your voice and add it into the clip. Those videos would be alot better
