Mind you, when I said "exporting all samples", I meant all but one of them. There's a massive "whoosh" sound that I decided to just leave out of this module as I would have to compromise the sample rate on everything else (the answer for that is "no, thank you"; I left the sample rate at the original value for every sample included) and there were zero channels available for it to go in anyway. A SEGA CD version of that would be possible, but BRR compression is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. I suppose Dual PCM for the large samples and SEGA CD for everything else, but the Dual PCM driver was never meant to be implemented with the SEGA CD, so that would be a "what if" scenario until someone developed an actual driver that does both.
