Oke, I think I understand the problem. In the video I show 2 buttons at 1.13 ☝. You need to click the first button to turn on the hotkeys. ( It is an on and off button). And then you can click button 2. And follow the rest of the instructions in the video. (Btw is this your problem or do you want a keyboard to type and search apps in google play store?). You can try to restart your computer before opening bluestacks. If that doesn´t work delete bluestacks, but keep the apk and download nox player. Nox player is like a replacement for bluestacks. Witch buttons do you have on your tool bar? Are there no buttons at all?
