Pile 2. I have been trying to plane better habits for myself. I do intend to start going outside more & getting into better habits with movement, & eating, and socializing & such but I do have a hard time with change & tend to be stuck doing the same things like feeling unmotivated, staying inside too often, etc. I do have chronic illness and mental health issues and things that limit my abilities but what truly limits me is myself. I do have a necklace that has a picture of the moon phase on the day my grandfather was born and also the moon phase on the day he passed away. Also, I have a really hard time sleeping at night (always have) & then during the day I am very fatigued and tend to nap. I have been napping longer lately and need to find ways to get up and get out of my own head. I have recently deleted social media so I am not just mindlessly scrolling and I am making changes slowly but I am reluctant to make changes for sure.🎈♥️🦋
I can relate to a lot of what you're saying. Try and use your tiredness to connect more to spirit. Some people hide away in caves or fast to get to a level where the body is so weak that the spiritual energies become stronger and the doors to the other side open. People like you and I have that fatigue from our illness and we can use it as a tool. 💜 I do hope that things will get better for us though. We just have to make it till 2026.
I also suffered with the SAME EXACT things and definitely used it to my advantage and to connect better with spirit like nia said to do… I have a back long covered back patio/porch and I hung plants and flowers and can’t wait to add lots more but I had gotta a glass table for out there and would sit at the table and would meditate and listen to my readings all the time while drinking my favorite drink which is Starbucks Carmel cold coffe in the glass bottles or the Carmel frappe from Starbucks itself lol. Very expensive habit to have but it’s oh so good lol. The more I’d go out there the better I was feeling and happier I was getting too! Just try your best to get outside in nature. Maybe try changing and working on one thing at a time though. Like start with getting outside a little more like even if it’s like 15 20 minutes at first and then go longer and longer. Then the other things might come a little easier when come time to work on….Another thing is try to keep blinds open and stuff. Let the sunlight shine through the windows that always helped with more energy. Candles and incense always seemed to help me get a little more motivated/energy too. But I like good smells. I guess that’s why there is such thing called aroma “therapy” : ) Good Luck and I’m praying for you! I definitely know what you are going through. I have lupus and RA. I woke up and I saw a short on my Facebook feed a guy that asked to buy 1,000 red roses. He said he was going to give them to strangers because he was going a good deed, the owner of the place decided to charge him only $300 for those 1,000 roses. Each rose was $6 each but the last said causr it was something good he was trying to do she was in with him. That's was pretty dope! I have 5 daughters so I told them that in different color construction paper we were going to write a positive/sweet compliment and we'd make a bunch of them decorate them with stickers and gel pens and we'd go to a senior home and ask if we can give them out to the people that are staying there. They are super excited and so em I lol. Right now that you said about complementing a stranger that came to mind. I'll be listening to the rest of the message now. Thank you!

Yes I agree! Nia your reading’s really, really helped me get through my Husband’s passing. I’ve lost almost ALL of my Family. I have only siblings left living but loosing my Husband and having to tell my babies that there Daddy had passed was THE hardest thing I’ve ever had to do and go through. It was SO hard to look at my kids face and see there sadness and it just hurt my heart so bad. Pile 2. I have been trying to plane better habits for myself. I do intend to start going outside more & getting into better habits with movement, & eating, and socializing & such but I do have a hard time with change & tend to be stuck doing the same things like feeling unmotivated, staying inside too often, etc. I do have chronic illness and mental health issues and things that limit my abilities but what truly limits me is myself.
I do have a necklace that has a picture of the moon phase on the day my grandfather was born and also the moon phase on the day he passed away. Also, I have a really hard time sleeping at night (always have) & then during the day I am very fatigued and tend to nap. I have been napping longer lately and need to find ways to get up and get out of my own head. I have recently deleted social media so I am not just mindlessly scrolling and I am making changes slowly but I am reluctant to make changes for sure.🎈♥️🦋
I can relate to a lot of what you're saying. Try and use your tiredness to connect more to spirit. Some people hide away in caves or fast to get to a level where the body is so weak that the spiritual energies become stronger and the doors to the other side open. People like you and I have that fatigue from our illness and we can use it as a tool. 💜 I do hope that things will get better for us though. We just have to make it till 2026.
I also suffered with the SAME EXACT things and definitely used it to my advantage and to connect better with spirit like nia said to do… I have a back long covered back patio/porch and I hung plants and flowers and can’t wait to add lots more but I had gotta a glass table for out there and would sit at the table and would meditate and listen to my readings all the time while drinking my favorite drink which is Starbucks Carmel cold coffe in the glass bottles or the Carmel frappe from Starbucks itself lol. Very expensive habit to have but it’s oh so good lol. The more I’d go out there the better I was feeling and happier I was getting too! Just try your best to get outside in nature. Maybe try changing and working on one thing at a time though. Like start with getting outside a little more like even if it’s like 15 20 minutes at first and then go longer and longer. Then the other things might come a little easier when come time to work on….Another thing is try to keep blinds open and stuff. Let the sunlight shine through the windows that always helped with more energy. Candles and incense always seemed to help me get a little more motivated/energy too. But I like good smells. I guess that’s why there is such thing called aroma “therapy” : ) Good Luck and I’m praying for you! I definitely know what you are going through. I have lupus and RA. After my husband’s passing I would see 111 or 1111 DAILY! Everywhere I’d go!
Oh and yes btw birds are HUGE for me! Owls 🦉 I’ve been seeing a TON and Hawks and mourning doves. Also Red birds etc. I can go on and on lol.
